Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rooted Living.
We want you to love every item you receive, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Please read our return guidelines below.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, shampoo bars, refills)
  • Consumable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or made-to-order products

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us.


3. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@rootedliving.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return shipping is free only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (original shipping costs) are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same product only (e.g., replacing a damaged or defective item).
For all other cases, please submit a return request and place a new order.


7. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but can still be returned according to our policy.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return
